We have had several students misplace their laptops lately. So far we have been lucky and the students were able to find them but it was pretty stressful for the students and their families. Remember, a student is responsible for the replacement cost of a laptop if it is lost or stolen. Yikes, that's a big deal! You should know where your laptop is at all times and lock it in your locker if you aren't going to be using it.
If you misplace your laptop tell a teacher or the MS Office as soon as possible.
If you find a laptop lying around take it to a teacher or the MS Office immediately.
Here is the list of reminders I posted earlier in the school year:
- Always use your plastic cover
- Always use the blue bag
- It's okay to put stickers on the plastic cover but do not put them on your MacBook
- Lock your laptop in your locker when you're not using it
- Do not take your laptop to PE unless your teacher asks you to. Do not leave it in the change rooms!
- Do not use your laptop in the cafeteria at lunch time
- Do use your laptop to learn cool stuff
- Do use your laptop to create amazing stuff!
