Students wishing to switch into a different ELO may request a switch by completing this form.
Requests will be considered so long as the following two criteria are met:
1. The ELO you are leaving does not collapse due it’s size being too small
2. The ELO you are going into does not split into an additional group
You should speak to Mr Mizzone before filling out the form.
Requests need to be made BEFORE next Monday, January 16.
