Amenities at Shift
A 525 sq ft amenity space on the ground floor, with an adjoining outdoor patio, will be available for shared use amongst residents. Ground floor suites all have private patios. Upper floors each include a sundeck. Six of the top floor condominiums have private roof decks, surrounded by a green roof with coloured, themed sedum panels.

Parking and Storage
Shift residents will be provided with 47 resident vehicle parking spaces (five with electrical charging outlets), two accessible vehicle spaces, and 66 secure bicycle stalls – including 15 lockers – in one level of underground. Six Class B bicycle stalls, located in front of the building entry, will be available for visitors. Each condo will offer in-suite storage space.
