A Better Home
Emery Village is a new, multi-phase development proposed by Mosaic Homes for Lynn Valley in the District of North Vancouver. It is intended to better meet the growing needs of families at different life stages with a more diverse housing mix than is currently available in the neighbourhood. Phase I will begin with the construction of an 84-unit rental building to replace the existing structure on the property. The final phase of the development will be a 5-storey, 61-unit woodframe strata building.
