Darwin Properties has partnered with the North Shore Winter Club on the proposed redevelopment of their current lands at 1325 Keith Road East, in the Lower Lynn neighbourhood of North Vancouver. This project anticipates the construction of three concrete residential towers of 26, 29, and 32 storeys and three wood frame residential mid-rises of 5 – 6 storeys, with a range of housing types to accommodate people in all stages of life. The redevelopment proposal includes upgrades to a neighbouring park, the creation of significant greens spaces connected to the surrounding trail network, and the construction of a new community facility. The NSWC Lands represent an important opportunity to blend the edges of the new Lynn Creek Town Centre with the larger community.

As part of the development’s amenities, a new community centre will be built in partnership with the North Shore Unitarian Centre. It will contain an assembly hall for public events and concerts, a lounge area, and a large atrium for exhibits, recitals, and community shows. In addition to improvements to Bridgman Park, new public and private green spaces will be created that will be connected to existing trail networks, including a new pedestrian bridge across Lynn Creek.
